Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>\u018fcn\u0259bil\u0259r\u0259 v\u0259 v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan \u015f\u0259xsl\u0259r\u0259 Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n \u0259razisind\u0259 m\u00fcv\u0259qq\u0259ti ya\u015famaq \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn icaz\u0259 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131dak\u0131 hallarda verilir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015f\u0131 il\u0259 yax\u0131n m\u00fcnasib\u0259td\u0259 olduqda;<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6lk\u0259 iqtisadiyyat\u0131na \u0259n az\u0131 500 000 manat s\u0259rmay\u0259 qoydu\u011fu halda;<\/li>\n<li>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n \u0259razisind\u0259 d\u0259y\u0259ri az\u0131 100 000 manat olan da\u015f\u0131nmaz \u0259mlaka malik olduqda;<\/li>\n<li>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131nda f\u0259aliyy\u0259t g\u00f6st\u0259r\u0259n banklarda m\u00fcdd\u0259tli \u0259man\u0259t m\u00fcqavil\u0259si \u0259sas\u0131nda \u0259n az\u0131 100.000 manat m\u0259bl\u0259\u011find\u0259 pul v\u0259saiti qoyduqda;<\/li>\n<li>iqtisadiyyat, s\u0259naye, h\u0259rbi, elm, m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259t, idman v\u0259 s. sah\u0259l\u0259rd\u0259 y\u00fcks\u0259k ixtisasl\u0131 m\u00fct\u0259x\u0259ssisl\u0259r olduqda;<\/li>\n<li>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015flar\u0131 v\u0259 ya Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131nda yarad\u0131lm\u0131\u015f h\u00fcquqi \u015f\u0259xsl\u0259r t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131nda i\u015f g\u00f6rm\u0259k v\u0259 ya xidm\u0259tl\u0259r g\u00f6st\u0259rm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn d\u0259v\u0259t edilmi\u015f, Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n Prezidenti t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edilmi\u015f kateqoriyaya daxil edilmi\u015f m\u00fct\u0259x\u0259ssisl\u0259r olduqda. Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n Prezidenti t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edil\u0259n f\u0259aliyy\u0259t sah\u0259l\u0259ri;<\/li>\n<li>Az\u0259rbaycan Respublikas\u0131n\u0131n \u0259razisind\u0259 m\u00fcv\u0259qq\u0259ti v\u0259 ya daimi ya\u015fayan \u0259cn\u0259bil\u0259rin v\u0259 ya v\u0259t\u0259nda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan \u015f\u0259xsl\u0259rin ail\u0259 \u00fczvl\u0259ri olduqda;<\/li>\n<li>In case they hold positions of head or deputy head in the branch or representation of a foreign juridical person in the Republic of Azerbaijan;<\/li>\n<li>In case they hold positions of head or deputy head of juridical person established in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the founder or at least one of the founders of which is a foreign juridical or physical person;<\/li>\n<li>In case they engage in entrepreneurship activity in the Republic of Azerbaijan (this case is only considered as a ground for issuance of a permit for temporary residence in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, when those persons work actually by concluding labor contract with at least 5 persons on full time employment or 10 persons on part-time employment.
