Ayr\u0131ca, ikamet stat\u00fcs\u00fc verildikten sonra s\u0131ras\u0131yla 10 ve \u00fcretim amac\u0131yla ithal edilen makine, teknolojik ekipman ve tesisler i\u00e7in katma de\u011fer vergisi (KDV) ve 7 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle g\u00fcmr\u00fck vergisinden muaft\u0131rlar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu arada h\u00fck\u00fcmet, 2020'de Ermeni i\u015fgalinden kurtar\u0131lan Azerbaycan topraklar\u0131nda A\u011fdam ve Cebrayil il\u00e7eleri olmak \u00fczere iki yeni sanayi park\u0131 kurdu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">A\u011fdam End\u00fcstri Park\u0131'ndaki in\u015faat\u0131n 190 hektarl\u0131k (470 akre) bir alanda A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda ba\u015flamas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Dokuz i\u015fletmeye parkta oturma izni verildi. Park\u0131n \u00f6ncelikli alanlar\u0131, in\u015faat malzemeleri \u00fcretimi, tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin paketlenmesi, meyve ve sebze konserveleri, et ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, yem ve g\u00fcbre \u00fcretimi ve i\u015flenmesi ile so\u011futma, depolama ve di\u011fer hizmetlerdir. Sakinlerin A\u011fdam End\u00fcstri Park\u0131'na toplamda yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 milyon $ yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><em>The foundation stone of the\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cAraz Valley Economic Zone\u201d Industrial Park<\/em><em> in Jabrayil was laid in October 2021. The country\u2019s authorities have granted 200 hectares (494 acres) of land for the park\u2019s construction. Once completed, it will comprise agricultural processing, industrial, social, and technical zones. A logistics and trade center, warehouse complexes, wholesale and retail facilities, a truck park, customs point, filling stations, car, and other equipment repair points will also operate in the park.
